All Sales Final

Due to the sensitive nature of research-use products, all sales are final. Northern Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will provide a replacement only if:

• Products arrive physically damaged, or

• An incorrect item was received.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at [your email address] within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement, please include:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the shipping box

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened products

• Improper storage after delivery • Incorrect handling or usage

• Ordering errors or buyer’s remorse

Resolution

Once approved, Northern Peptides will issue:

• A replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
• Store credit at our discretion.
